Morning team How are we, Rob Masters Fit College  New Zealand personal trainer as well, just here to give you a few quick tips on stretching in the office.

Okay, you’re sitting there all day you’re tapping away on the computer those wrists start to hurt, so just give them a little bit of movement every now and then. At least once an hour spend a good minute to two minutes stretching your wrists. Okay and then you can move your arms behind, pulling back on the shoulder muscles, pulling across change sides. Do the left arm as well okay but keep those joints moving during the day.

Okay quick tip for the day, stretch.
