Personal trainer,  sounds kind of good.  I studied to get there, so what you need to do is the client is listen to your personal trainer. If your doctor told you that you had something wrong with you internally you’d listen to him or her and get it fixed up. If your dentist told you you had a rotten tooth you get it pulled out. I know they hurt but he knew he or she knows what they’re talking about. It’s the same when it comes to your personal trainer. Iif they tell you that’s how you should be lifting it or that’s how you do the exercise that’s what you need to do. Don’t try and invent new ways to do it, that leads to injury and that leads to affecting your training.

So they’ve sat there, they’ve done the papers, they’ve done the work experience, they work hard at what they do so listen to the information they provide you, the technique they showed you and they’ll head you in the right direction.
